Merry Christmas, Okura!

I'm really sorry I've been away. Life's been crazy. Since I spoke with you last, I've been cross-trained to a new location, made friends with someone aspiring to be a director, made a few new props and a new costume, and started on stilts for another still, visited family, was visited by family, hit, like, 3 cons... And probably other things I can't quite remember at 1 a.m. XD; Anyway, I know it's Christmas there, soooooo... I'd got to thinking about Inuit art and orca art specifically, and I suddenly wondered what would happen if Okura was depicted. This is less abstracted than most art in this style (though considering the original plan was also to combine it with tribals... Yeah, I couldn't get that to look good.)

I hope you like it, and I just now saw the gift you drew me for my birthday. You're super sweet, and I feel like I've been a lousy friend. Thank you! Take care of yourself, and have a merry Christmas! (And just in case, a happy early birthday to you!)
