A VERY late happy birthday to ! A "sequel" to last year's. [link]
Helga: Oh dear Lord...
Kida: What? A white-haired boy did it, too.
Originally this, too, was going to have word bubbles, but I finally decided against it. The expressions should say a lot, regardless.
This basically came about from our "Atlantiholism." I'm not sure who it was for sure, but I think it was Gob who actually pointed out that Riku had cool-colored eyes and white hair like an Atlantean. Kida may not look nearly as good in black as Helga does, but I couldn't help myself.
I figure Kida got her robes from whatever gift shop sold Mickey and Riku theirs. Because, really, Mickey's would need to be custom-tailored, and he doesn't fit that role in this game.
I can guess how Riku can find his way with a blindfold. Kida... Well, Helga should have some laughs.
So, what did I learn? Make sure you have enough reference before setting something down to paper. Make sure your references are consistant. Make sure you really want to draw even a simplified version of a building... I swear, I was screencapture-ing [Deep Dive] on Youtube to try to get some nice stills of that skyscraper. So much for an easy background.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
